Bmp2000 and 1024x1024 8 bit Bitmaps

Bmp2000 only supports a maximum "Largest Image" size of 512x512.It will be a major task to expand support into this size but it may happen eventually.

In the meantime I have written a small dos program which will allow you to Create a 1024x1024 256 colour Image in your Paint program and combine it with the 512x512 Extended Bitmap created when loading the same image in to Bmp2000.

Restrictions - This program is only designed to work with 1024x1024 8 bit (256 colour) and have not been extensively tested. Only use on Copies of the Original Bitmap (or back it up first!)
